US Soccer Will Assess Threat April 1, 2020

The social distancing imposed by the conditions of the Corona Virus has all of us going stir crazy and ready to get back on the pitch. However we are going to have to consider the safety of all and rely on the decision making of our governing bodies US Youth Soccer/Georgia State Soccer Association. To date US Soccer is going to assess the situation of all affiliates returning to the pitch on April 1, 2020, however if an eminent threat remains, this will be re-assessed every two weeks.

Hope this is the light at the end of the tunnel for our country and for our soccer family. In the interim, all players should strive to get 10,000 touches on the ball daily.

Again, we ask all not to put at detriment any players, coaches, referees and especially our field owners, Paul Thigpen Automotive Group and Tabernacle Baptist Church, by staying off the fields; OUR FIELDS ARE CLOSED until we receive the go ahead from GA Soccer.

Should you have questions please contact us at your convenience and we pray for the continued health of all.

Thank you,

Fletcher Corbin
TCSA President
