Toombs County Soccer Association, Inc. has the following opportunities to serve on the Board of Directors, TCSA, Inc. focuses on the development of youth players:
Publicity Chairperson:
The Publicity Chairperson shall be responsible for publicizing all Toombs County Soccer Association functions, obtaining appropriate media coverage, and ensuring that all game and tournament results are submitted to the newspaper for publishing. He or she shall be responsible for procuring banners, flyers, etc. for the Toombs County Soccer Association.
Equipment Chairperson
The Equipment Chairperson shall be responsible for insuring that all equipment is properly maintained. He or she shall be responsible for notifying the Board of Directors of all equipment needed to be secured or replaced. He or she shall be responsible for insuring that all fields are ready for games.
Referee Chairperson
The Referee Chairperson shall be responsible for contacting approved referee coordinator and ensuring that there are referees scheduled for all games and annual tournaments. He or she shall be responsible for submitting to the Toombs County Soccer Association Treasurer statements for payment of referee charges
Discipline and Protest Chairperson
The Discipline and Protest Committee Chairperson will select a committee consisting of the Chairperson and two, (2) other members of the Toombs County Soccer Association. This Committee shall be responsible for handling all disciplinary actions and protests referred to it by coaches and/or parents.

TCSA PRO Development, LLC has the following staff/intern/volunteer opportunities available. TCSA PRO emphasizes the advanced development of the player by placing the player in a competitive environment. TCSA PRO currently has a first and reserve team in the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL).
Marketing Director
Solicit sponsorships for the club, field, jersey advertisements
Work closely with the production team to coordinate daily podcasts
Participate in budgeting and implementation
Focus on the clubs fiscal goals.
